1HUND'S PERFORMANCE MOUTHPIECE utilizes a simple boil and bite feature that allows for a perfect individualized fit. This new generation mouthpiece is designed to be lightweight and ergonomic, making it both comfortable and easy to use. The tapered blocks means less contact with the gums and the thinner blocks allows for a more natural feel. This one-size-fits-all mouthpiece is your next step to improved performance and oral health.

We recommend replacing mouthpieces once every two months (or earlier depending on biting habits) and cleaning them once every few days.

HOW TO: MOUTHPIECE MOLD

Step 1: Bring water to a rolling boil and carefully transfer to a heat-safe container

Step 2: Submerge mouthguard fully for 40 seconds (use fork to prevent floating)

Step 3: Thoroughly rinse mouthguard in room temperature water for 3-4 seconds

Step 4: Align the mouthguard to the center of the lower teeth

Step 5: Push lower jaw slightly forward, press tongue on roof and create suction while biting firmly for 15 seconds

Step 6: Cool in ice water for 1 minute
