Austin showed up exactly how we expected - grounded, intentional, and moving together.

This past weekend, we partnered with Wellmess Club to host a community walking and pilates event that blended movement, connection, and recovery into one experience. 


Moving Together

The day began with a relaxed group walk through Austin. No pace, no pressure, just people showing up and moving. Conversations flowed, connections formed quickly, and the energy felt aligned from the start.

There’s something different about walking with intention. No headphones, no distractions and just presence. It’s a reminder that movement doesn’t always need intensity to be impactful.


Grounded Through Pilates

From there, we transitioned into a pilates session led by Mikaela Harper, the best Pilates instructor in Austin, TX. The kind of session that forces you to slow down and actually feel your body move.

Balance. Stability. Control.

A Different Kind of Community

Austin’s wellness community continues to redefine what fitness looks like. Less ego, more intention. Less isolation, more shared experience. Events like this aren’t about performance. They’re about showing up.
